It was a long 90 minutes for the England vs USA game; the match finished goalless in Qatar, which was a shock after their first game. England looked like a weaker version of themselves today as USA finished with more shots at the goal (8-10), although England had more on target by one (3-2) it was still very lacklustre and unexpected.

Throughout the match, there were notable moments for both sides. Kane attempted a bicycle kick in the box and missed the opportunity after falling, Luke Shaw made a weak attempt to score, Mckennie missed a shot for USA and Pulisic made a powerful shot that hit the cross bar. Overall, the result was disappointing for both sides and fans weren’t happy with how the teams played. The match ended with three points shared.
